This page is maintained by the BrickHobby team to explain what data we collect, why, and the choices you have. It is editable content, not an independent verification or certification.
1. Who we are
BrickHobby Lda. ("BrickHobby", "we", "us") is registered in Lisbon, Portugal. You can reach our data team at privacy@brickhobby.com.
2. Data we collect
- Order data — name, shipping address, email, items purchased.
- Account data — email and password hash if you create an account.
- Support messages — anything you send to hello@brickhobby.com.
- Usage data — anonymous page-view analytics (no cross-site tracking).
3. Why we use it
To fulfil orders, provide customer service, send transactional emails, prevent fraud, and improve the shop and blog. We only send marketing email if you opt in.
4. Sharing
We share order data only with the providers required to deliver your purchase (payment processor, shipping carrier). We never sell personal data.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies for the cart and session, and a privacy-friendly analytics cookie. You can disable non-essential cookies via the banner shown on your first visit.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Write to privacy@brickhobby.com and we will respond within 30 days.
7. Retention
We keep order data for the period required by tax and consumer-protection law (typically 7 years). Support messages are kept up to 3 years. Analytics data is aggregated after 14 months.
8. Children
BrickHobby does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes
We will update this page when our practices change. Material changes will be announced on the homepage.
